Position: Cook- 2 open positions

Salary: $18/hr- Full Time, Permanent employment

Requirements:
·         Experience: 1 year or more
·         Education: Not required
·         Language: Basic oral English. Punjabi or Hindi as an asset

Duties:
·         Prepare and cook full course meals, individual dishes and foods of Indian cuisine including all kind of veg and non-veg dishes like Palak Paneer, Dal Makhni, Butter chicken, Channa masala, all kind of Naans, etc.
·         Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
·         Ensure quality of food meet standards
·         Inspect kitchen and work areas
·         Supervise helpers
