Work Location:  Same as above

Type of Employment:  Full time; Permanent; 40 – 44 hours/week

Salary:  $26.44 – $28.44/hour

Estimated Start Date:  As Soon As Possible


  • Oversee and co-ordinate Office Administrative Procedures
  • Review, evaluate and implement new Administrative Procedures
  • Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff,  and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Administer Policies and Procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under Government Access to Information and Privacy Legislation


  • Completion of Secondary School is required
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Business or Public Administration is an asset
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in a Senior Clerical or Executive Secretarial position related to Office Administration
  • Some bookkeeping experience is required
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Quick Books
  • Knowledge about the kitchen industry is a strong asset
  • English is required

Important Information:  Work schedule will be from Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am – 4:30 pm and Fridays from 7:30 am – 1:30 pm.  It includes a 30 minute paid lunchtime and 1 unpaid healthy break of 15 minutes.  Flexibility in schedule is required depending on the business needs.
