Job Duties:
– Schedule appointments and appointments and answers the phone
– Register new patients, prepare, maintain and update patient records
– Facilitate patient inflow and maintain effective communication with staff
– Enter and format medical reports, and correspondence into the online system
– Maintain inventory of office supplies, place orders for new supplies, and other office equipment
– Prepare monthly reports and maintain document filing and tracking system
– Complete insurance and other claim forms
– Other duties as required

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
– Completion of one- or two- year college program or other specialized courses for secretaries or medical secretaries OR 1 -year of experience in this field is required

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $23.83/hour for 40 hours/week
